At Te Karaka Lodge, dining is more than a meal — it's a celebration of the land, the seasons, and the slow art of good food. Set against the backdrop of our 600-hectare working beef and lamb station, every plate we serve is deeply connected to the whenua.
Our in-house guests are treated to a thoughtfully crafted three-course dinner each evening — a decadent, seasonal experience that highlights locally sourced ingredients, many of which are grown right here on the property. Our chef harvests fresh herbs and vibrant produce harvested from our onsite greenhouse every day. Each dish is a true reflection of our commitment to sustainability and provenance.

Breakfast is included with your booking and we offer the option to order a picnic lunch to take with you while you explore the region, or if you’re keen to kick back and relax at the Lodge, enjoy a light lunch or grazing platter.
