This 2025/26 Summer season, we are lucky to be joined by our new Head Chef, Stuart Young. Stu is an experienced Head Chef with a demonstrated history of working in the restaurant industry. He started with the best, Roux Brothers Restaurants in London, and has worked in many highly established restaurants, lodges and hotels.
