When you are staying with us, whether you're heading out on the trails and need something satisfying to keep you going, our packed Hiker's Lunch has you covered, or perhaps you'd prefer to settle in and savour Chef’s Gourmet Picnic — a beautifully curated spread showcasing the very best of local New Zealand produce.
For those who love to graze and share, our Grazing Charcuterie and Cheese Boards might be the perfect choice. Or speak with our chef and see what other daily offerings are available during your stay.
Local’s Lunch
For those lucky enough to live within an hour’s drive of Te Karaka Lodge, we invite you to escape the everyday and enjoy a leisurely lunch and take in the beautiful views.
Lunches can be tailored to suit the mood — from casual to something more refined for special occasions such as anniversaries or group gatherings. We use produce from our onsite greenhouse and try to keep things as local and sustainable as possible.
